Welcome to Salem Kidz Page!
We want to welcome you to Salem UMC Kidz page! We strive to grow kids in FELLOWSHIP, RELATIONSHIPS, and TRANSFORMATION. Our program is lead by Lori Canada. As a life-long Methodist and former teacher, she has a passion to sharing Christ with our youth. Her email is lori@sumcb.org for any questions that you may have about activities or safety. We are currently taking applications for a nursery worker. We are looking for two part-time personnel to grow and nurture our littlest of our members. Expectations will be to care for and facilitate infants up to 3 years of age on Sunday mornings and when needed at other events. To see the full job description, please click the links below.

Kidz Worship & Activities
Sunday School
Each week, we have opportunities for kids to grow in Christ at Salem UMC. Sunday School is held in the children's wing each Sunday from 10 am - 10:45 am and typically follows the liturgy of the Sunday sermon.
Nursery available for Sunday School hour with Mrs. Catherine.
Pre-K class with Mrs. Carol (Ne Ne).
K-2 class with Mrs. Kathy & Ms. Marian.
3rd & 4th graders meet with Mr. Don.
5th & 6th grade meets with Mrs. Denise.
Wacky Wednesday
Wednesday nights are full of food, fun, and worship time. We start in the fellowship hall at 6:00 for Spirit Supper. At 6:30, Mrs. Lori & volunteers take the kids over to the playground to run some energy out (weather permitting) and then have worship time in the children's wing with worship songs, devotional, and a game or demonstration that goes with the lesson.
